Information published here is indicative and may change. Income estimates produced by the calculator are statistical projections, not contractual commitments.

Management mandate

Every management engagement is covered by a written mandate setting out scope, commission, duration and termination conditions, with 30 days’ notice. Bookings confirmed before termination are honoured.

Guest bookings

Bookings made on our direct engine are subject to the conditions displayed at the time of booking, including each property’s cancellation rules.
